Zuma/BWS 125 Clip-on Handlebar Bracket/Triple Tree - STREET VERSION

0.00 LBS

Product Description

FINALLY, a really Badass Clip-on handlebar setup for your Yamaha Zuma 125!!!

This bracket mounts right where your stock handlebars mount! Installation is very simple!

Comes with new Stainless Steel Hardware!

This Clip-on Adapter allows you to use any 38mm Clip-on designed for 38mm forks. These are available from nearly every motorcycle/cafe racer website online, and can be found on eBay, etc... prices range from $50 up to $250 and up, depending on manufacturer, options, etc... This allows you to use our bracket, and build a handlebar setup to your budget! Parts come Raw so that you can finish them to match your own bike, by painting, polishing, anodizing, etc how you want to, or just leave them raw for an awesome look by themselves!

The main plate is CNC machined from 3/4" 6061 Billet Aluminum for maximum strength and great looks, and the posts are solid Aluminum, held in place by (3) 6mm stainless screws (included). The plate is held down to your stock Handlebar risers (without bar caps in place of course), which allows you to retain the plastic cover that hides the steering neck and funnels the cables/wires neatly into the bodywork!

The biggest difference between the 'STREET VERSION' and the 'RACE VERSION', is that the STREET bar stance is a bit wider to fit the cluster in the middle, which with some clipons may require that you trim the ends shorter to make them a comfortable width, but there will still be room for all the controls on the handle... also, it has a special machined in flange in the front that has two threaded holes tapped in it, so that the OEM gauge cluster is able to bolt directly to the bracket and fit with the clipons in place...

**** obviously there is no way to test EVERY aftermarket Clipon option available to make sure they all fit, so there still may need to be some MINOR trimming of the underside of the OEM cluster to fit depending on which bars you have, but if you're modifying these bikes in general, this will be the easiest mod you'd have to do, i'm sure. It has been tested with a set of the Woodcraft 2-piece Clip-ons, which are one of the bulkier clipon options available because of the 2-piece construction, so they should clear many other styles as well

So set up your Z125 any way you want to now with the ComposiMo Clip On Adapter!
